How we collect reviews

You need to be able to trust a review. That is why we explain here where the reviews on this site come from and what we do and do not do with them.

  1. 1. Where the reviews come from

All reviews on this site were first posted on another platform: our web shop kuno.fit, bol, MediaMarkt, Tweakers or Trusted Shops. We take them from there, with the name the author uses there, the date and the number of stars. Each review links to the original, so you can check it at the source.

  2. 2. How we check whether a review comes from a buyer

We do not check ourselves whether every author actually bought the product. Where the platform does, you will see the "Verified purchase" label. We only show that label if the source shows it. Reviews without that label may also come from people who did not buy the product on that platform.

  3. 3. We show positive and negative reviews

We show all reviews, regardless of the number of stars. The average at the top of the site is calculated over all reviews shown. We do not pay for reviews and do not give discounts or gifts in exchange for a review.

  4. 4. When we do not show a review

We only leave out a review if it is clearly spam, offensive or discriminatory, contains other people's personal data or is not about Kuno or our products. A low score is never a reason to leave out a review.

  5. 5. How often we update

We update the reviews regularly. A review that has just been posted on a platform may therefore still be missing. If a review is deleted or changed at the source, we will update it here at the next update as well.

  6. 6. Translations

The reviews on this page have been translated. Each translated review is marked as such, and you can show the original text. If a translation is not yet available, we show the original text.
